Zorvix Trend Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zorvix Trend, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• The original order receipt must be provided.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products, including lingerie and intimate wear.

Important Notes

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the original purchase price of the product.
• Customers are responsible for delivery charges in both refund and exchange cases unless the issue is caused by Zorvix Trend.
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
