Return & Refund Policy

• Parcel opening video is required for any damage, missing item, or defect claim.
• Without opening video, refund or replacement claims will not be accepted.
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Customer must return the item via courier at their own expense.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 2 working days after product inspection.

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product was delivered
• Product has a genuine defect
